Moods

In many cases, it only takes one word, one sentence, one action to be able to turn a person’s mood for the worse.

If you look back on what you have said that made someone angry, you can usually narrow it down to one sentence that was the turning point of their mood.

A smart person can decipher what this sentence is, and be able to apply this knowledge in a later conversation in order to prevent this from happening again.

Alas, the people in this age have a tendency to think without talking. That includes everyone, whether young or old. And it includes you, too.

Almost all of us sometimes talk without properly thinking about the implications it may have on others. I am sure you have a similar experience.

Usually, you are more opened-tongued with someone you are close to and know well. You probably will say the wrong thing to your mother or father or partner, rather than a stranger.

So the moral of the story is: Think about what you say before it comes out of your mouth, especially to the people who are close to you.
